Couto Development Company is the real estate development arm of Couto Management Group created to identify and obtain attractive sites for our restaurants via purchase or lease. Generally, Couto Development Company seeks out sites in high traffic areas in the communities in which we currently operate or where we see a potential for future growth. The types of sites we develop include freestanding restaurants, end-cap positions in plazas or strip malls and other non-traditional venues such as gas stations and convenience stores.
